A couple of weeks ago we held our annual Awards Morning, recognising staff who have truly gone above and beyond in their roles. We were delighted to announce the winner of our Avril Bannister Award for 2025 as Tiffany Owens. Tiffany always happily and efficiently supports her colleagues in any way she can and is a highly valued member of the team. Keith Craddock was the runner up, having had lots of positive customer comments and reviews.  The winner of our Pat Jardine Award was Charlotte Smith. Charlotte always goes the extra mile in her work without being asked to, and nothing is too much trouble for her. Congratulations to both of you!
