Last week we attended our ServiceMaster franchisor’s annual conference. We had a really interesting day with motivational speakers and catching up with other franchisees in the network. We were thrilled to cap it off with several awards at the gala dinner in the evening. We were awarded the North Star Awards for growth of +£1.5mil in one year and + £3mil in three years, and were Highly Commended in our efforts to become carbon neutral. But the clear high point for us was being named the winners of the Marion E. Wade Award as “the ServiceMaster franchise of 2025 which has displayed the highest achievement in the pursuit of excellence and professional management.” Huge thanks to ServiceMaster Contract Services for a fabulous conference and this great accolade – we are delighted!
