It is always an absolute pleasure to mark the ‘long service’ of a member of the ServiceMaster by Deeland team. Last week we were celebrating 20 years of working with John Millington, our Field Service Manager in the Communal department. Tania Gostling, our Communal Services Manager, was delighted to present him with his long service pin, while Nick Dee Shapland, our founder, said “John appreciates the importance of ensuring a job is well done, he listens and takes an interest in the people he works with, he truly cares and he embodies the culture of this business.
